I'm so glad you're here.
This company started from a fantasy that quickly grew into a reality. I made some candy as gifts for friends and family at Christmas, and had several people say, "You could sell these!" Well, here we are. I didn't want to just make the same stuff, though. I wanted to make classic favorites and my own flavor combinations and recipes. I wanted to change what we thought was possible for a small outfit- I wanted to push the boundaries of what non-industrial equipment can do. Well- I think I'm making some pretty great stuff- hopefully you do too!

Our Sustainabiliy Efforts:
We wanted to create fantastic, artisanal candy without artificial dyes or flavors, that was packaged sustainably. At Rainy Day, we feel that candy can be just as enjoyable as ever without any of the "bad" stuff- and we shouldn't have to feel guilty about all those little wrappers, either! That's why we've chosen to package our candy only in biodegradable/compostable packaging. Any clear wrappers used to package our candies are made of natural cellophane and can also be composted.
